Alexandria Talk of the Town: Gearing Up for Summer
Of course the Wanderer’s favorite way to enjoy cycling is to sit in his comfy, air conditioned man-cave and watch the Tour de France, all 2,161 miles of it, coming up June 30 through July 22. But after the Tour, he’ll be inspired to take a few rides, and it’s good to know that there are so many places in Alexandria to take his aging two-wheeled friend for an annual tune up. And because he values his own analytical ability so much, he never mounts his bike without his helmet, and he’s due for a new one this year. Helmets wear out, you know, just hanging in the closet.
