Chantilly High National Honor Society students spearheaded a communitywide drive to collect snacks and toiletries to send to U.S. soldiers overseas. They were participating in the America's Adopt-A-Soldier program and, Saturday morning, March 24, they and other volunteers sorted and packed all the donations in the school cafeteria. The students hoped to collect enough items to fill 350 boxes — and, ultimately, they filled 700.
