Reston Over 1,000 people enjoyed the Grand Opening Celebration of Reston Sport&Health Club, Monday, Jan. 9. At the celebration, Sport&Health Club unveiled its $700,000 state-of-the-art renovation to its 55,000 square-foot location in Reston.
In addition to a floor-to-ceiling refresh, Sport&Health added new equipment and programs unique to the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, including: new member lounge and lobby area with Wi-Fi capabilities, Trixter bikes (interactive gaming bikes that allow you to race other members). New Sport&Health brand colors, wallpaper and carpet were also added.
Former Redskins Outside Linebacker Ken Harvey, along with the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders gathered for a ribbon cutting ceremony, and guests of the celebration enjoyed live music, while taking a tour of the newly renovated fitness and workout areas.
