Alexandria cook Karen Shaner is sharing her Warm Lemon Pudding Cake recipe with thousands of others at Just A Pinch Recipe Club, the online social community for cooks in America at www.justapinch.com. Shaner is one of several residents participating in the club, known as "America's Great Recipe Swap".
Members can post their own "family tested and approved" recipes, try recipes submitted by other club members, print grocery coupons and enter recipe contests. They also have the opportunity to utilize a personal online recipe box to save recipes, compile grocery lists and plan meals. In addition, members can create and join discussion groups to chat about recipes, share cooking tips and build relationships as if they are sitting around one big kitchen table.

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 c cold milk
1 1/4 c water
2 pkg instant lemon pudding and pie filling
(4 serving size)
1/3 c granulated sugar
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter into a greased 13x9 inch pan.
Pour milk and water into large bowl.
Add dry pudding mixes and granulated sugar.
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
Pour over cake batter in pan. Place baking pan on a cookie sheet to catch drippings.
Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 20 minutes. Mixture will thicken slightly as it cools.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
