<bt>The women of Saint Francis Church will sponsor the 55th Annual Potomac Country House Tour, as they have every year. The tour this year includes an award-winning contemporary home designed by David Jameson, an Avenel Farm estate, a family-renovated colonial, and a River Falls town home. All proceeds benefit local, regional, and worldwide charities. Last year more than $50,000 was given to 30 charities including Ivymount School, Montgomery Hospice, Montgomery Coalition for the Homeless, SOME (So Others Might Eat), Fisher House of Walter Reed Medical Center and The Family Place. In addition to the house tour, festivities at Saint Francis include the Maryland Sweets Cafe and Gourmet lunch, and 20 boutique vendors.
