</b>Public Information Meeting For Banks Property Master Plan. 7 p.m. in the cafeteria at Lane Elementary School, 7137 Beulah St., Alexandria. Banks Park is a 10-acre site at 7400 Old Telegraph Road in Alexandria, adjacent to the Kingstowne community. While the park is owned by the Fairfax County Park Authority, it is not currently open to the public under the conditions of the life estate granted to the seller, Olander Banks. Therefore, this site remains a private residence with open lawn area and mature canopy trees. Training on Personal Care for Older Adults. 7 p.m. at Falls Church High School, 7521 Jaguar Trail, Falls Church. Family caregivers can learn the proper way to provide physical and emotional care to an older adult from a nurse educator including bathing, turning, assisting with movement and feeding. $30. Volunteers for Change Orientation. 6:30 p.m. at Volunteer Fairfax, 10530 Page Ave., Fairfax. After mandatory orientation, volunteers can choose from more than 60 monthly community service projects throughout Northern Virginia.
