Bruce Nelson Howard, on Feb. 12, 2009 in Philadelphia, Pa., formerly of Potomac. He is the son of Jeb and Patsy Howard of New Bern, N.C. and father of Samuel James Howard of Wilmington, Del.
He is survived by his sisters Charmian Howard Fletcher of Culpeper, Va., Galen Howard McGovern of Wakefield, R.I. and Kirstin Howard of Ashland, Ore. Bruce is also survived by his aunt Deborah Harper Cacy of Southampton, Bermuda.
Burial is private. Memorial service: Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 3 p.m. at Potomac Presbyterian Church 10301 River Rd. Potomac.
