Volunteer Loudoun will present a volunteer management training series designed for volunteer managers of community organizations. The six-week series will begin Wednesday, Feb. 18 and will continue for five consecutive Wednesdays. Each of the six courses, lasting from 3-7 p.m., will be held at the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation & Community
