Cascades Technologies Inc., a federal government professional consulting firm, was chosen to provide a variety of web-based services in support of the Department of Defense's Blast Injury Research Program. Cascades Technologies will support Phase 3 of the project, where they will design, develop and maintain databases for collecting, managing and analyzing blast injury research program data from summaries of ongoing clinical research to program budget data and much more.
Command Information, provider of next generation network services, was selected by Fluke Networks to provide support for its Defense Information Systems Agency Joint Interoperability Test Command certification process. Command Information will develop a gap analysis and test plan, as well as provide strategic direction and onsite testing support for the Internet Protocol version 6 capabilities in Fluke Networks’ OptiView product suite.
Heidi Kallett, owner of The Dandelion Patch, a fine stationery store in Reston, recently received a number of prestigious local, national and international accolades. Guident Technologies announced that it was awarded a contract by the Department of Homeland Security to establish a department-wide decision support system. The new system will enable improved visibility into project level issues, better reporting capabilities, and enhanced oversight/control over major investments across DHS. The contract is for one base year with one option year, and has a potential value of $2.5 million.
