Anne and Kenny Collins of Sterling announce the birth of their son, Kenneth Leo Collins IV, born Aug. 27, 2009, at 10:10 a.m. at Fair Oaks Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. He has a 3-year-old sister Lucy. The maternal grandparents are Joanne Warner of Great Falls and Ronald Hunter of Herndon. The paternal grandparents are Cathy and Ken Collins of Herndon.
