Children’s Exercise. Children can learn to exercise at the Douglass Community Center, 405 East Market St., Leesburg. Hosted by the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, the program will be held Thursdays, June 19-July 10. A clean waste program is being held June 20, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management facility, 20939 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg. The program provides a cost-effective way to dispose of hazardous waste. Participants will pay a fee for the type and weight of their waste.
