The Mount Vernon High School girls' basketball team is hosting its 10th annual spaghetti dinner, silent auction and raffle fund-raiser on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 3-6 p.m., in the school cafeteria, 8515 Old Mount Vernon Road. The Northern Virginia US Tennis Association Super Duper (over 70) Men's Doubles Tennis League is open for registration for the season scheduled to begin in March 2009.
