Arlington’s Office of Senior Adult Programs is a unit of the Dept. of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources. OSAP coordinates the activities at the County’s six seniors centers, senior programming at community centers and operates the Senior Adult Travel office. Arlington residents, 55 years of age and older, can access all the activities by registering with OSAP and paying an annual fee of $15.
