This represents a special opportunity for visitors who are not regularly allowed to camp at the park. Reservations and advance payment of $45 per family are required. “Foundations of Freedom.” 8 p.m. at the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall, 3001 North Beauregard St., Alexandria. In celebration of Virginia’s 400th Anniversary, the Reston Chorale presents a world premiere concert. The centerpiece of “Foundations of Freedom” is the premiere of a new choral/orchestral work, “Principal Among Principals” by distinguished composer, David Ott.
