Harry (Sonny) Conard, Jr., 71, of Nashville, died on Friday, March 9 at the Berrien Nursing Center, after a period of declining health. Born inAlexandria to the late Harry West Sr. and Grace Butcher Conard, he had lived in Alexandria all of his life until moving to Nashville, Ga. 10 years ago.
In Alexandria, Mr. Conard had owned the C&S Music Company. He and his family first lived in Parkfairfax and then in Beverley Hills. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a devoted husband and father and a very kind person who will be fondly remembered by his loving family. He was a member of the Nashville Holiness Church.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Eva Conard of Nashville; a daughter and son-in-law, Victoria & Bill Wilkins of Sterling, Va; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Howard & Kathleen Conard of Woodbridge, Va., Craig & Tina Conard of Mitchell, Ind., and Michael Warf of Nashville, a nephew and his spouse, David & Patty Stidham, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by a sister,
Audrey White.
A memorial services will be held at a later date at the Nashville Holiness Church, in Nashville, Ga.
