Springfield resident Foon Sham spent Saturday afternoon, July 14, installing "Vascular Form III" in front of the Greater Reston Arts Center, located at 12001 Market St., Reston. The sculpture will stand in front of the arts center through May 2008. It is made of wood and stands at 10 feet tall. Its width at the base is 3 feet and the width at the top is 5 feet. It is bolted and anchored to the sidewalk. Foon Sham has been creating and installing sculptures around the nation for 28 years.
