David Guernsey of Clifton is the winner of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce's James M. Rees Award. The award recognizes an individual who has contributed to both the community as well as the Chamber. Guernsey is the president and CEO of Guernsey Office Products and has held many community services roles including chairman of the Arlington County Chamber of Commerce (1985) and chairman of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce (2000). He currently serves on the board of Community Residences and chairs the Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance.
