Former eastern Loudoun representative Dick Black declined to silence rumors circulating on the Internet that he will seek re-election in House of Delegates race in November.
“I can’t comment either way at this time,” he said during a phone interview last week.
The former Republican delegate represented the 32nd District from 1998 until he was defeated by Democratic candidate David Poisson in November 2005.
Even though Black wouldn’t say if he planned to run for re-election, his campaign has raised $1,652 between July and December, according to the Virginia State Board of Elections.
