South Lakes High School Broadway Night, which was snowed out twice, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 28.
Hunters Woods Elementary School for the Arts and Sciences offers an interdisciplinary, concept-based instructional program with an added emphasis on fine and performing arts, science, and technology. To be eligible to apply, a student must be on or above grade level in language arts and math and demonstrate positive interpersonal and school behavior. Parents must complete the appropriate application and return the form to the Office of Elementary Instruction at Lacey Center no later than Thursday, March 1.

Applications will be screened for eligibility, and lottery will be conducted in early April. Terraset Elementary School will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a month’s worth of special events and activities for current and past students, faculty members, and the community. On Sunday, March 18, an anniversary celebration and spring carnival, noon-4p.m. The family event includes games, entertainment, a silent auction, food, cake walk and basket raffle.
