Loretta T. Isaacs, age 76 of Kingstowne, died on Monday, July 23, 2007 at Alexandria Hospital.
Mrs. Isaacs was preceded in death by her husband, retired Brig. Gen. Alvin C. Isaacs and her sister, Lorraine Colligan. She is survived by her daughter, Linda E. (and Robert) Moulton; her step-children: Alvin C. Isaacs, Jr., Laura L. Rankin, M.D., Yvonne I. Williams and Linda Isaacs, M.D.; her grandchildren, Tracy (and Michael) Mitchem and Thomas (and Anna) Moulton; her step-grandchildren: Julie Rankin and Jeanne Rankin. She is also survived by nephew Dennis (and Debbie) Colligan and five great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Drive, Alexandria on Monday, Aug. 13 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where funeral services will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Arlington National Cemetery.
