Weichert, Realtors’ McLean/Old Dominion Office, sales associates have been honored for their achievements in February.
Chairman of the Board Club member Denny Kaydouh earned the honor of top producer, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and sales. President’s Club member Kim Sharifi led the way in listings sold. Sharifi is also a member of the Executive’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial.
J.D. Callander, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, led the office in listings for the second month in a row.
Weichert, Realtors’ McLean Center Office, announced several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in February.
Chairman of the Board Premiere Club member Sue Huckaby earned the honor of top producer, leading the way in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold. Chairman of the Board Elite Club member Haru Wladyka led the office in listings, while Executive’s Club member Monique Milucky earned the honor of top seller. Milucky is also a member of the Executive’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. She is licensed in Maryland and Virginia and has three years of experience as a real estate professional.

Penny Yerks, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, earned the honor of top producer for the second month in a row. She led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales. Leading the office in listings was fellow Premiere Club member Margaret Hollar. She and her team specialize in residential sales in Arlington and Alexandria, as well as in Hollar’s hometown of Reston.
Weichert, Realtors’ McLean/Dolley Madison Office, announced Michelle Brown and Pam Fell have joined the office as sales associates.
Possessing five years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Brown previously was a sales associate at another local firm. She chose to join Weichert because of the training and marketing support the company provides its agents. Brown currently lives in Chantilly, and possesses a background in business administration.
Fell joins Weichert with 12 years of experience in new home sales and sales management. She most recently served as the Vice President of Sales at her previous firm and guided its Northern Virginia division into the top five of 26 divisions for sales volume. Fell had also served as a general sales manager and sales associate at that firm, consistently earning top producer awards.
