Christian Ali of Lake Braddock Secondary School has completed the College of William and Mary’s Pre-Collegiate Summer Program in early american history. Ali is now eligible to attend a three-week college course that focuses on the political, social and cultural history of early America.
Lake Braddock Secondary School PTSA offers a holiday showcase/craft fair Saturday, Oct. 21 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the school, 9200 Burke Lake Road, Burke. Many crafters and artisans display their crafts, fine arts and holiday merchandise. Admission is $3, no charge for those under 18. The proceeds support PTSA activities and teacher mini grants.
