Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. is offering its sales associates a 14-week training program which positions them as real estate advocates to their buyers. It will train agents to serve their buyer’s needs before, during and after the sale or purchase of a home. Agents taking the classes will learn how to structure their business in such a way that they can rely on referred business because of the service they provide to existing clients. The Buffini & Company 100 Days to Greatness program is designed for serious and career-minded real estate agents who are new to the business and for more seasoned sales associates looking for a proven solution to help their business thrive. The ultimate goal of one closed and two pending transactions during the 14 weeks is being far exceeded by agents taking the classes.
