Loudoun County's newest home improvement programs will be the topic of a seminar Thursday, June 29, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at Sugarland Elementary School, 65 Sugarland Run Drive in Sterling.

Kelly Marrocco of the Loudoun County Department of Family Services will discuss the Loudoun County Home Improvement Program and the Eastern Loudoun Revitalization Program, which are designed to preserve and rehabilitate existing affordable housing.

The programs make funds available to low- and moderate-income families who currently own homes in Loudoun County that need rehabilitation. The seminar is free, but registration required, call Marrocco at 571-258-3819.

Mary Roberge a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Leesburg has qualified to join the Coldwell Banker International PresidentÕs Circle, membership is limited to only the top 7 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System. Roberge was presented with this honor at the annual Coldwell Banker International Business Conference.

Roberge has her B.A. in communication from University of Maryland and 12 years of professional experience working with law firms as a client liaison between attorneys and agents. In 2004 and 2005, Roberge was named top producer and is a certified international previews specialist.

Long & Foster announces top sales associates in Loudoun County for April. For the Ashburn office, Pat Patino was the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $2,710,375; Sandy Brill, Lisa Knight and Pamela Jones were the top lister and Jones was the agent with the most new listings. For the Leesburg office, Ron Resnick was top producer, lister and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $3,489,000 and Patricia Irby was the top seller. For the Purcellville office, Emily Johnson was the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $599,000 and Vikke Jarvis was the top lister. For the Sterling/Potomac Falls office, Kathy Colville was the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $3,531,300; Nancy Yahner was the top lister and Betty Plashal was the agent with the most new listings.

Greenvest L.C., a Washington, D.C.-area real estate company, announces that George McGregor, AICP, has joined the company. McGregor, who has worked as a planner in Loudoun County for the past nine years, has joined Greenvest as the director of community planning.

McGregor graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor of arts in politics and then completed his masterÕs degree in city and regional planning at Clemson University. Following graduation, McGregor worked as a community and regional planner with the Appalachian Council of Governments in Greenville, S.C. In September of 1997, he became a planner with the Loudoun County Department of Planning.

In January, 2003, McGregor went to work as a senior land-use planner at Reed Smith LLP where Greenvest was one of his clients.

McGregor resides in Bristow, Va., with his wife, 8-year-old daughter and twin boys.

Cathy Pascoe, a sales associate in the Dulles office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, sponsored a rest stop for bike riders during the Tour de Cure held, June 4, at the Reston Town Center. Tour de Cure is a series of cycling events held in more than 80 cities nationwide to benefit the American Diabetes Association. The Tour is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for everyone from the occasional rider to the experienced cyclist.

Dee Jefferson of the Dulles Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office was the company's top producing individual agent in Loudoun County for the month of May.
