It will train agents to serve their buyer’s needs-before, during and after the sale or purchase of a home. Agents taking the classes will learn how to structure their business in such a way that they can rely on referred business because of the service they provide to existing clients. The Buffini & Company 100 Days to Greatness program is designed for serious and career-minded real estate agents who are new to the business and for more seasoned sales associates looking for a proven solution to help their business thrive. The ultimate goal of one closed and two pending transactions during the 14 weeks is being far exceeded by agents taking the classes.
