Celebrating Dads at the annual Father’s Day celebration at Colvin Run Mill Historic Site, 10017 Colvin Run Road in Great Falls from noon-4 p.m. Treat Dad to a free wood carving lesson with the Northern Virginia Woodcarver, nominal charge for wood blanks. Bikes@vienna provides a free bike safety check from 4-8 p.m. at the bikes@vienna store, 128A Church St., N.W. Safety checks will be provided for children 12 and younger when accompanied by an adult. In addition, small repairs and adjustments will be done. The value of the services provided at no charge will not exceed $10 in labor per young person. Tom Davis, State Sen. Jeannemarie Devolites Davis, Mayor Jane Seeman and the Vienna Town Council, to their station’s re-dedication.
