What do you like or dislike about your community?: I like everything about western Loudoun.

Sports Interests/Activities/Hobbies: Certified quilt judge and quilter.
Community Ties: Member of the Waterford Quilt Guild; the Philomont Ladies Auxiliary; and the Rotary Club of Purcellville.
Community Concerns: Traffic and the location of the western Loudoun high school.
Personal Goals: To continue to serve the thousands of Loudoun County public school students and to find time to pursue my love of quilting.
What community "hidden treasure" should more people know about?: One of the strongest aspects of our community is its service and nonprofit organizations. The Ruritans, Lions, Rotarians, volunteer fire-and-rescue departments and their auxiliaries are constantly on the look-out for ways to serve the community. They not only save us money and time; they also support and nurture the most needy in our community.
