ICEA is a nonprofit trade association founded in 2001, designed to meet the professional needs of concierge and errand business owners worldwide. When Books is not busy

providing time-management solutions for individuals, she writes as a platinum expert author for Ezine Articles and offers workshops on a variety of subjects. Books also serves in the Loudoun Chamber as chairperson of Women in Business Alliance (WIBA) and membership coordinator for the Home Based Business Council (HBBC).

Name: Indra Books.

Town/Neighborhood: Leesburg.

Occupation/Position: Owner of ON THE GO 4 U, personal shoppers and concierge service, serving the D.C.-metropolitian area and specializing in a full range of life management services, www.onthego4u.net.

Chamber's Home Based Business Council (HBBC).

What do you like or dislike about your community?: While the diversity of people moving into the area is a good thing, the uncontrolled growth and traffic congestion are not. It has gotten to the point where you can't leave your house on the weekend and get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time.

Favorite local restaurant/place: Tuscarora Mills and Magnolia's.

Sports Interests/Activities/Hobbies: Shopping, decorating, local and international travel, reading, wine tasting, trying new restaurants.

Community Ties: Member of the Loudoun Arts Council and involved with the council's Showhouse; active in the county's Chamber of Commerce.

Community Concerns: Poor growth planning in residential areas with lack of infrastructure and service businesses (i.e. restaurants) to support the growth.

Community Ideas: Increase the number of activities and venues in the county that cater to the growing young middle class such as a film festival, music festival and after-hours spots such as a wine bar or martini bar.

Personal Goals: To continue growing ON THE GO 4 U to include more corporate clients; to travel to parts of Eastern Europe that I have yet to visit.

What community "hidden treasure" should more people know about?: First Friday Leesburg and the specialty shops in Leesburg and Middleburg.
