<b>David Faulkner</b>, of the Gaithersburg/North Potomac Office of Weichert, Realtors, was recognized with a regional award for the month of June. <b>Burt Abromowitz </b>has joined the Weichert, Realtors' Potomac office as a sales associate. Possessing five years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Abromowitz previously was a sales associate at another local firm, earning membership in its Million Dollar Club. He chose to join Weichert because of his experiences as a Weichert agent in the beginning of his career. Abromowitz is a longtime resident of Rockville, which has given him in-depth knowledge of the local market that he uses to benefit his clients. A member of several local chapters of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), he also has a great deal of experience in advertising that came from owning an advertising agency for nearly 10 years.
