Chairman of the Board Premiere Club member David Lloyd Jr. led the branch in dollar volume and listings for the month. Fellow Premiere Club member Ron Cathell led the way in listings sold, while Jane Jensen, a member of the Chairman's Club, earned the honor of top seller.
Michael Elton topped the office in revenue units for the second month in a row. Elton, a member of the Chairman of the Board Club, has more than 15 years of experience as a real estate professional and possesses licenses in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Elton is also a longtime resident of Falls Church, which has given him in-depth knowledge of the local market he uses to the benefit of his clients.

The Arlington Long & Foster office announced John Plank as the top producer, seller and the agent with the most new listings for January, with a sales volume of $3,994,800. Betsy Twigg was the top lister.
The Arlington/Fairlington Long & Foster office announced Lois Robinson as the top producer for January, with a sales volume of $861,000. Mary DeLuca was the top seller.
Barbara Stone, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Arlington Office, announced Kousar Chatha has joined the office as a sales associate. Chatha previously was a sales associate at another local firm and chose to join Weichert because of its strong reputation for trust and service. She has lived in Arlington, for three years, giving her in-depth knowledge of the local neighborhoods she can use to benefit her clients. Chatha is also fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi, allowing her to assist many clients in the diverse metropolitan area.
