The Great Falls Long & Foster office announced Dan Laytham as the top producer, lister and seller for June, with a sales volume of $5,060,250.

The McLean/Dolley Madison office of Weicher, Realtors was recognized with six regional awards for the month of June.The office led all 31 of Weichert's Virginia offices in resale dollar volume and resale revenue units for the third month in a row. It also topped the region in new home dollar volume, resale listings and resale for the second month in a row, and added highest Weichert Family of Companies units to its list of honors for June. The newest award was achieved by helping its clients take advantage of the Gold Services Program. A highly successful office, the McLean/Dolley Madison branch ranked first in profit, listings and Weichert Family of Companies dollar volume last year in the Capital Region, which consists of 54 Weichert offices throught Maryland, Virginia and the District.

The Long & Foster Companies, the largest privately-owned residential real estate and related financial services company in America, reported July 2005 total sales of $6.3 billion for the month, an increase of 19 percent over July 2004. It was the best July in the Company's 37-year history. The top three sales offices in the Northern Virginia region for July based on sales volume were: (in descending order) Burke/Fairfax Station/Clifton/Lorton ($72 million); Reston ($70 million); and McLean ($64 million).

Steven Gaskins, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Old Dominion Office, announced J.D. (Janet) Callander as the top producer. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and total sales. Chairman of the Board Club member Randy Morrow led the office in listings for hte month. He earned a National Sales Award in 2004 for being in the top five percent of sales associates nationwide. Janet Hewitt, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison Office, announced Penny Yerks for leading the way in dollar volume for the fourth month in a row. She was No. 1 agent in the Capital Region last year in gross commission and dollar volume. Margaret Hollar led the office in revenue units, listings sold and total sales. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and finished in the top 10 of five sales categories in the Capital Region in 2004. Arlis Simmons, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' McLean Center Office, announced Sue Huckaby, a member of he top-ranking Charman of the Board Premiere Club, as top producer She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold. Yobdar Amdemariam, a member of the Million Dollar Club, led the way in sales, earning the honor of top seller. Jan Bhar, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls Office, announced Said Zangeneh, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, leading the office in dollar volume. Million Dollar Club member Helen Flynn led the way in revenue units and listings sold. Fellow Million Dollar Club member Chada Davis topped branch listings, while Chairman's Club member Andrew Krumholz earned the honor of top seller. Krumholz is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed though Weichert Financial. Aiding the office in earning the award was Sue Huckaby, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold.

Margaret Hollar of the McLean/Dolley Madison Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with one regional award and one company-wide award for the month of July. Hollar led the company in highest number of resale, and topped all sales associates in Virginia in resale revenue units. She finished on top of sales associates from 30 other offices located throughout Virginia to earn the regional honor. Hollar is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club.

Dan Laytham was named as the top producer, lister and seller and the agent with the most new listings for the Great Falls Long & Foster office for the month of July, with a sales volume of $14,299,900.

Barbara Lewis was named as the top producer and lister for the Mclean Long & Foster office in the month of July, with a sales volume of $9,846,000. Lilian Jorgenson was the top seller.

Marianne Prendergast was named as the top producer and seller for the McLean Elm Long & Foster office in the month of July, with a sales volume of $6,156,000. Shirley Buford was the top lister, and Marianne Prendergast and Shirley Buford were the agents with the most new listings.

Fran Kormann was named as the top producer, lister and seller for the Tysons Long & Foster office in the month of July, with a sales volume of $6,655,150. Carol Taylor and Fran Kormann were the agents with the most new listings.

Eighteen Weichert, Realtors, sales associates graduated in August from the company's Management Awareness Program (MAP), a seven-month course that provides a structured first look at management for Weichert agents who are considering a career in real estate management. Participants must be nominated by their managers and approved by their regional vice presidents in order to enroll. Among the August MAP graduates were Tim Anderson of the Great Falls office; Kirstin Gotthardt of the McLean Center office; Barbara Ann Farmer, Shannon Frye, Bob McBride and John Stacey of the McLean/Dolley Madison office; and Jeff Wu of the Tysons/Vienna office.
