The College Board recognized 15 Dominion High School seniors as AP Scholars.
The College Board Advanced Placement Program offers students the opportunity to take college-level courses while in high school and potentially receive college credit based on AP exam scores.
Students took AP exams in May. The College Board recognized students based on several levels of achievement.
Ashley Butland and Judy Qiu received the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by scoring an average grade of 3.5 on all exams taken and grades of three or higher on five or more of these exams.
Lindsay Berg, Matthew Menickelly, Jaismeen Nijjar and Robert Bassler received the AP Scholar with Honor Award by scoring an average grade of 3.25 on all AP exams taken and grades of three or higher on four or more of these exams.
Ronalie Baloy, Se Won Chung, Emmy Joseph, Megan Meidlinger, Diana Muncaciu, Emily Nebergall, Obinna Onwuka, Ashley Porter and Nadya Subowo received the AP Scholar Award by scoring a three or higher on three or more exams.
