Reston Community Center Hunter Woods, 2310 Colts Neck Road, offers a Internet Shopping Safety Class, targeted to seniors, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Dec. 6. It teaches how to select an online store, use a credit card safely, return goods and also to assess a store’s policy regarding privacy and shipping charges. Free ESL classes are being offered at Dranesville United Methodist Church. More than 1,000 adult students have attended these classes since first being offered in 1993. Jazzercise instructor Diane Eblin, from the Dulles Jazzercise Center, is offering Jazzercise Lite, a low-impact version of Jazzercise. This 60-minute class pairs moderate aerobics with exercises that are designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility using easy-to-follow movements. Each class will include a warm-up, dance aerobic segment, muscle-toning and flexibility exercises and a final cool-down.
