Reston Community Center Hunter Woods, 2310 Colts Neck Road, offers a Internet Shopping Safety Class, targeted to seniors, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Dec. 6. It teaches how to select an online store, use a credit card safely, return goods and also to assess a store’s policy regarding privacy and shipping charges. Jazzercise instructor Diane Eblin, from the Dulles Jazzercise Center, is offering Jazzercise Lite, a low-impact version of Jazzercise. This 60-minute class pairs moderate aerobics with exercises that are designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility using easy-to-follow movements. Each class will include a warm-up, dance aerobic segment, muscle-toning and flexibility exercises and a final cool-down.
