Hubert Construction LLC has completed construction of the new 11,000-square-foot Willow Montessori School at 20854 Stubble Road in Ashburn. Owner/developer Vesta Properties LLC awarded Hubert a $1.9 million contract last year. This Montessori school, situated on a 2.7 acre site with a 16,000-square-foot playground, provides child day care as well as before- and after-school care for school-age children.
The husband and wife team, Ron and Ester Spiegel of Sterling, have developed a product line called 2FLARE, consisting of spiced instant Chai and coffee with creamer already included, in their home kitchen. 2FLARE is currently being sold at Sawdust Specialties and More, Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum, and on 2FLARE's online store at www.2FLARE.com.
The Loudoun Convention & Visitors Association is producing three publications: "Loudoun County Wedding Guide," "Loudoun Shopping and Dining Guide," and ÒComplete Meetings, Event and Banquet Guide" and is soliciting for interested businesses to be included in the publications.

Procurement's Buyer/Seller Information Exchange sessions. The purpose of these informal sessions is to give area businesses the opportunity to meet the county's procurement staff and become familiar with the county's procurement process. The next round of sessions are as follows:

Nichole Towers, resident of Ashburn, announces the opening of an additional Kinderdance educational dance and fitness center at the Chesterbrook Academy on Spring Street, Herndon.
Towers is teaching more than 36 students in a total of six different authorized Kinderdance centers. Towers completed her training less than a year ago at Kinderdance corporate offices in Melbourne, Fla.
The new Middleburg Bank Purcellville Financial Center, 431 E. Main St., opened March 2 with a building dedication, reception and tour.
Loudoun Cooperative Extension is offering a seminar on "Starting a family Child Care Business," Thursday, April 21, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the Extension Office, 30 B Catoctin Circle, S.E., Leesburg. Topics include getting started in family child care, zoning, advertising, contracts, arranging space, activity planning and preparing nutritious foods in family day care.
