The Loudoun County Department of Social Services' Housing Services Division provides home-buyer education workshops for first-time buyers, Wednesday, July 6, and Wednesday, July 13, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at Eastern Loudoun Regional Library, 21030 Whitfield Place in Sterling. The six-hour workshop covers a number of topics relating to homeownership, including budgeting, credit, working with Realtors, the mortgage process and what to expect at settlement. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage regional vice president Paul Valentino announces that Patricia Foster is the new branch vice president of the Dulles/Loudoun office.
Foster began her career in real estate in 1991 as an agent with the ERA franchise in Richmond. She later started her own company, Twin Towers Realty, and recruited, managed and trained agents there for more than six years.
In 2002, Foster moved to Jacksonville, Fla., where she joined a Coldwell Banker franchise, Coldwell Banker Walter Williams. While there she served as assistant branch manager and later was named vice president of education and career development.
Foster has her B.S. degree in business administration and has earned three real estate designations: the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designations.
Pat Bates of the Dulles/Loudoun office and George Beere of the Leesburg Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office were named top producing agents for Loudoun County for May.
