Mr. and Mrs. Grant Whitley of Reston announce the marriage of their daughter, Christine Rachelle Whitley, to Jeremy Donald Schleiden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schleiden of Sterling Nov. 6, 2004. Pastor Scott Priest officiated the ceremony at Providence Baptist Church in McLean. The reception was held at the River Creek Club in Leesburg. Sarah St. Andre served as the matron of honor and Peyton Burnett served as the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Rebecca Eagan and Lauren Whitley, sister of the bride. Kira Petrie, cousin of the groom, served as the flower girl. Craig Schleiden, brother of the groom, served as the best man. The groomsmen were David Ross, Brian St. Andre, Rob Soule and David Eagan.
The bride is a graduate of South Lakes High School in Reston and George Mason University in Fairfax where she received her M.Ed. in special education. She is currently a teacher in Reston. The groom is a graduate of Park View High School in Sterling. He is currently the creative director for a software company in Chantilly. The couple resides in Ashburn.
