Leading the office in dollar volume was Nina Koeppen, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Koeppen was licensed in 2002, and her background in sales of government and corporate bonds aided her in becoming one of the office's top producers. She earned a National Sales Award in 2004 for being in the top 5 percent of sales associates nationwide.

The top seller for the third month in a row was Bhavani Ghanta, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Ghanta is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial.
Chairman of the Board Elite member Joan Stokes topped the branch in listings sold. Stokes is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club. Leading the way in listings was Chairman of the Board Elite Club member Sepideh Farivar. She was licensed in 1999 and has completed Weichert's Management Awareness Program. Possessing more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and finance, Farivar has been a resident of Northern Virginia for the past 30 years.

Callander, who earned her real estate license in January 2003, had a notable career in public health research before coming to Weichert. She has worked at various colleges including Galludet, the University of Maryland and Georgetown University, where she was a faculty member of the School of Medicine. Callander is a longtime resident of Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., having moved to the area from New England in 1986.

Chada Davis of Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls Office has spent the last several years immersed in learning. She left an established engineering career to become a real estate agent and recently took her education a step further by earning a master's degree in business. Davis's pursuit of knowledge was not without its challenges, but she has discovered its rewards are numerous.
