Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls Office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in April. Leading the office in dollar volume was Nina Koeppen, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Koeppen was licensed in 2002, and her background in sales of government and corporate bonds aided her in becoming one of the office's top producers. She earned a National Sales Award in 2004 for being in the top 5 percent of sales associates nationwide.

Chairman of the Board Premiere Club member Christine Richardson led the office in revenue units through new-home sales. The top seller for the third month in a row was Bhavani Ghanta, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Ghanta is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial.

Chairman of the Board Elite member Joan Stokes topped the branch in listings sold. Stokes is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club. Leading the way in listings was Chairman of the Board Elite Club member Sepideh Farivar. She was licensed in 1999 and has completed Weichert's Management Awareness Program. Possessing more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and finance, Farivar has been a resident of Northern Virginia for the past 30 years.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean Center Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in April. Earning the honor of top producer was Sue Huckaby, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold. In 2004 Huckaby was No. 2 in gross commission and dollar volume, out of associates from 52 Weichert offices located throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Kesh Tayal, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, led the way in sales, earning the honor of top seller. Both April honorees earned National Sales Awards in 2004 for being in the top 5 percent of sales associates nationwide.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in April. Chairman of the Board Premiere member Penny Yerks led the way in dollar volume for the month. Yerks was the No. 1 agent in the Capital Region last year in gross commission and dollar volume and was No. 4 in revenue units and listings sold. The Capital Region includes 52 Weichert offices located throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Margaret Hollar led the office in revenue units, listings and listings sold. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and finished in the top 10 of five sales categories in the Capital Region in 2004.

The top seller of the month was Ann Romer, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. Romer is a graduate of Weichert's Management Awareness Program and is a new-agent mentor in her office.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Old Dominion Office, announced that J.D. (Janet) Callander has been honored for her achievements in April. Callander, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, earned the honor of top producer. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and total sales. Callander, who earned her real estate license in January 2003, had a notable career in public health research before coming to Weichert. She has worked at various colleges including Galludet, the University of Maryland and Georgetown University, where she was a faculty member of the School of Medicine. Callander is a longtime resident of Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C., having moved to the area from New England in 1986.

The region includes 30 Weichert offices located throughout Virginia. Yerks, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, led the region in recording the new home dollar volume last month, tying Nina Koeppen of the Great Falls Office for the honor. Yerks was the No. 1 agent in Weichertís Capital Region last year in gross commission and dollar volume and was No. 4 in revenue units and listings sold.

The office led all 30 of Weichert's Virginia offices in resale dollar volume and resale revenue units, earning the latter honor for the second month in a row. It also topped the region in Weichert Family of Companies units, achieved by helping its clients take advantage of the Gold Services Program.

The McLean/Old Dominion Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with a regional award for the month of April. The office led all regional offices in number of resales last month, topping 29 other Virginia-based offices to earn the award. Aiding the branch in earning the awards was sales associate J.D. (Janet) Callander, who was the office's top producer.

The Great Falls Long & Foster office announced Dan Laytham as the top producer, lister and seller with a sales volume of $6,297,000.

The McLean Elm Long & Foster office announced Marianne Prendergast as the top producer, seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $8,422,000; and Shirley Buford as the top lister.

The Tysons Long & Foster office announced Greg Holmes as the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $5,886,990; David Hawa as the top lister; and Michelle Maguire as the agent with the most new listings.

Chada Davis of Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls Office has spent the last several years immersed in learning. She left an established engineering career to become a real estate agent and recently took her education a step further by earning a master's degree in business. Davis's pursuit of knowledge was not without its challenges, but she has discovered its rewards are numerous. Davis has earned membership in Weichert's Million Dollar sales club as well as its Executive's Gold Club for helping her clients take advantage of Weichert Financial Services. She officially graduated from George Mason University's MBA program on May 20.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Old Dominion Office announced David Rogers has joined the office as a sales associate. Possessing one year of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Rogers previously was a sales associate at another local firm. Rogers has lived in Falls Church for the past five years, giving him in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market he can use to the benefit of his clients.
