SCAT, Senior Center Adult Transportation, is a taxi service for Arlington seniors, 55 and older, to go to senior centers for a roundtrip cost of $4. Seniors are eligible by registering with the Office of Senior Adult Programs (OSAP) and paying an annual fee of $10.
