<lst>The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington honored individuals with its most prestigious awards for exemplary leadership and fundraising efforts in the Jewish community. Norman Goldstein, Silver Spring, and Arthur Polott, Rockville, were both awarded the Jack Kay Campaigner of the Year award; Lori A. Deckelbaum, Rockville, was honored with the Jerome J. Dick Young Leadership award; Rabbi Jack Luxemburg, Rockville, Rabbi Matthew H. Simon Rabbinical award. Additionally, Orly Kenneth, Potomac, and Reeva Ninio, Rockville, who serve as community liaisons from Israel, were awarded the first-ever Ted B. Farber Award for Professional Achievement. The awards were announced at Federation’s annual meeting, held June 16, 2005, in Washington, D.C.
