House Tour. Spend a day viewing two Baltimore, Md., historical homes from 8:15 a.m.-5 p.m. Homewood House Museum is an examples of federal architecture in America. Class. Hawaiian Massage is sponsoring a free class, at 6:30 p.m., to teach parents how to relax their children. The class will be held at the Reston Library. Much research has been done on the positive effects that massage has on children, specifically children and young adults suffering with depression, ADD, ADHD and bulimia. Ocean City Trip. One-day travelers will leave the Reston Community Center for Ocean City, Md., at Hunters Woods, at 6 a.m. and return at 9:30 p.m. Ocean City has 10 miles of sand-white beaches. Activities include swimming, bicycling, skateboarding, sunbathing, fishing, golfing, antique and outlet shopping, and a three-mile Boardwalk. The cost of the trip is $25 for people who live or work in Reston and $38 for everyone else. The price covers transportation and a trip coordinator. This trip is for people age 6 and older. Golf Benefit. The 11th Annual Rucker Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit the programs of Reston Interfaith will be held at Hidden Creek Country Club and Reston National Golf Course. Gaming Event. The Reston Community Center is presenting area teens with a no-holds barred tournament that will pit 64 of Reston's gamers in a fight to the finish in three intense video games at once. The event is 11 a.m.-8 p.m., at the RCC Hunters Woods. The winning gamer gets a $150 gift certificate. The entry fee is $10 for Reston residents and $20 for nonresidents. Railroad Open House. The Northern Virginia Model Railroaders Inc. will be holding an open house, from 1-5 p.m. Come and see the action on Northern Virginia's largest fixed operating "HO" scale model railroad. Concert. Nittany Trombone Quartet will present a recital, at 7 p.m., at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 651 Dranesville Road, Herndon. The group formed in 1988 at Penn State and continues to perform together today. RCC Teen Trip. Reston Community Center's "Beachin'" trip, is a day full at Wildwood Beach in New Jersey. The trip takes place from 6:30 a.m.-midnight. Attractions include a boardwalk, three amusement parks, two water parks and a lunch on the beach for no additional charge. Trip. The Herndon Community Center is sponsoring a trip to the National Museum of the American Indian. The trip includes timed entry to the museum, escorts/drivers, transportation by 15-passenger can and parking. Lunch is not included. The museum is accessible and all ages are welcomed. Line Dancing. SinglePointe, the singles' ministry of Christian Fellowship Church at 21673 Beaumeade Circle, Ashburn, is offering a Brand New Line. Come learn the latest line dances for beginners, as well as the more experienced, set to a variety of music. RCC Trip. Reston Community Center's lunch bunch will combine an authentic meal at the Lebanese Taverna at Tysons Corner with a shopping expedition. The trip fee of $18 for people who live or work in Reston and $36 for all others includes lunch and round-trip transportation. This trip is for people age 55 and older.
