Susana Lee, a sales associate with Weichert, Realtors' Great Falls office, recently completed the Commercial Investment Introductory Couse at the Northern VIrignia Association of Realtors (NVAR).
The course provided a structured first look at commercial investment real estate as well as the basics of investment analysis of mortgage loans and the understanding of commercial leases.
