Triple Canopy Inc., a Herndon-based security firm, recently helped bring goods into northern Pakistan to aid victims of a recent earthquake.

Through the donation of more than $2 million worth of equipment, Alaska Structures Inc. helped to build hospitals, schools and shelters for more than one thousand homeless earthquake victims in northern Pakistan.

Utilizing its integrated security solutions to coordinate the administrative, logistical and security services needed to transport this equipment and appropriate personnel, Triple Canopy was responsible for making sure everything was delivered to the various locations safely and on time.

From initial operational and security assessments to coordination between relief organizations and the U.S. military, Triple Canopy facilitated this by locating secure lodging, storage, translator services and medical facilities.

Once the mission was underway, Triple Canopy not only provided protection services for Alaska Structure's executive staff, but company specialists also supervised the movement of personnel to the staging base, ensuring safety, equipment accountability and overall time management of the operation.

Founded in 2003, Triple Canopy delivers security and protection solutions to governments and private corporations worldwide. The company integrates security solutions to secure success for its clients. Triple Canopy's

services include assessment and analysis, technical surveillance countermeasures, tactical training, and full-scale security and protection operations.
