Bev Feitshans, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Reston Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in February.
Suzanne Gaibler led the way in dollar volume and listings sold for the month. Gaibler is a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club and earned membership in the Chairman’s Gold Club in 2004, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial.
Maryalice Girouard, a member of the Million Dollar Club, topped the branch in revenue units. Girouard has quickly made her mark on the company since joining Weichert a little over one year ago. She has lived in Herndon for the past 11 years, which gives her in-depth knowledge of the local neighborhoods that she can use to help her clients accomplish their real estate goals.
Mary Egnor led the office in listings for the month, while Haeson Lee topped the office in sales. Lee, who earned the honor through new-homes transactions, is a member of the Chairman of the Board Club at Weichert.

Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., recently held a ceremony at the Ritz Carlton in McLean, to honor sales associates from the company’s Northern Virginia/West Virginia Region for outstanding achievement in 2004. Honorees from Reston and Herndon include:
Virgilio Vaszquez of the Herndon/Reston office, who ranked third of the Top Five Producers.
Paul Foster and Paul DiCicco, regional vice presidents of Long & Foster’s Northern Virginia/West Virginia region, announced the company’s Top 25 Producers in the region. Those from the Reston/Herndon area are: Vaszquez, Boofie O’ Gorman of the Reston office, and Angela Mitchell of the Reston office.
The Top 20 by Settled Units award winners were: Virgilio Vasquez with 274 units; and Boofie O’ Gorman in a three-way tie with 79 units.
Foster and DiCicco also named the Office Top Producer for each of the Northern Virginia/West Virginia Region’s offices. They include: Virgilio Vasquez (Herndon/Reston), Boofie O’ Gorman (Reston), and Karen Swanson (Reston North Hills).
Long & Foster announces the top sales associates in Reston for February. Anita Lasansky, manager of the Herndon/Reston Long & Foster office, announced Virgilio Vasquez as the top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $10,501,800.
Michael Guthrie, manager of the Reston Long & Foster office, announced Boofie O’Gorman as the top producer, lister and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $6,370,300; and Angela Mitchell as the top seller.
Jon Querolo, manager of the Reston North Hills Long & Foster office, announced John Brand as the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $3,382,000; Sam Collins as the top lister; and Carole Burnett as the agent with the most new listings.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognized top agents who successfully completed a high number of sales contracts in 2004 with their business partners in the following areas: mortgage services, home protection, title services and relocation services. Ann Nilsen of Reston Town Center, had Most Closed Units in 2004 for the "My Choice" Mortgage Platform. Anita Nilson of Reston Town Center had the Most Closed Units in 2004 for the The Coldwell Banker Home Protection Plan.
