The only thing better than a good old-fashioned plate of sardines is the fact that Oakton High School is producing the sardine-infested comedy, "Noises Off" by Michael Frayn this month. The hysterical farce makes its Oakton debut from April 14-16 as well as the following weekend from
April 21-23. All performances begin at 7 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at the door for $10 each.
This play-within-a-play is a behind the scenes glimpse of has-been actors rehearsing and performing a British comedy called "Nothing On." The audience gets to see actors acting as characters in a world where everything is overly dramatic and nothing goes right. The Oakton High School production includes a two-story set not seen before on the Oakton stage.
