ARMED ROBBERY

4200 block of S. 13th Road. On Sept. 17, at approximately 11 p.m., a 37-year-old male, was invited to drink beer with a group of four subjects in front of his apartment. When the victim approached the subjects, subject No. 1 produced a handgun and threatened the victim. The other subjects then began to punch and kick the victim while subject No. 1 grabbed a gold necklace from around the victim's neck. Subject No. 1 was described as a white Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches, 180 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair, wearing a white T-shirt and loose-fitting blue jeans. The other subjects were described as white Hispanic males.

ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

3600 block of N. Abingdon Street. Sometime between 10 p.m. on Sept. 17 and 2 p.m. on Sept. 18, unknown subject(s) attempted to force entry into a residence through a door.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY

4500 block of Lee Highway. Sometime between 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 and 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 17, unknown subject(s) forced entry into a store and stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

2300 block of N. 14th Street. Around midnight Sept. 17, unknown subject(s) broke the side-view mirror on at least seven vehicles. A witness saw a group of white or Hispanic males on bicycles in the area just prior to discovering the damage to the vehicles.

MISSING JUVENILE

5200 block of N. 11th Street. On Sept. 17, at 6:30 p.m., officers responded for a report of a missing 5-year-old boy. The boy was reported missing while playing at a friend's house. The boy was located unharmed at a neighbor's house. No criminal activity is suspected.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

2000 block of N. Nelson Street. Sometime between 4 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 1;30 p.m. on Sept. 16, unknown subject(s) forced entry into an apartment that was under construction and stole a refrigerator.

STOLEN CARS

2045 N. 15th Street. 2001 Toyota Camry, green Virginia plates: JGY 5019.

4300 block of Columbia Pike. 1998 Subaru Legacy, green Virginia Plates: YFE 7298.

300 block of S. Glebe Road. 1998 Ford Taurus, blue. Virginia plates: YXX 9137.
