A ceremony for the dedication of a memorial playground in the name of Kylie Xiu Clifford, who died Dec. 19, 2003, from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome at the age of 3 months and 19 days, will be held on Sunday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m., at Floris Elementary School, 2708 Centreville Road.
Hillman Terzian, an Oakton High School graduate, will be attending Hampden-Sydney College as a Venable Scholar. Hillman is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip H. Terzian.
