Those who braved the drizzly Labor Day weather to visit the Town Green were able to enjoy live Jazz music and local wine as a part of the 16th Annual Labor Day Jazz and Wine Festival.
The event took place Monday at the town green and offered everything from Jazz and local wine, to food, jewelry and other arts and crafts. The six-hour event attracted not only Herndon residents, but residents of D.C., Maryland and other Northern Virginia towns who read about the event online and saw it advertised in newspapers.
The Festival was produced by the Town of Herndon Parks and Recreation Department, the Council for the Arts of Herndon and was cosponsored by Smooth Jazz 105.9, the Virginia Commission for the Arts and Gutter Helmet Systems.
