<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Town of Vienna police:
<cal1>Arrest
<cal2>200 block Locust St., S.E. On Oct. 7, around 8:14 a.m., an officer responded to a report of an accident and subsequently charged Alvaro E. Osorio Moscoso, 21, of the 200 block of Locust St., S.E., Vienna, with driving without a license.
100 block Patrick St., S.E. On Oct. 10, around 4:30 a.m., police responded to an apartment for a report of a domestic dispute and subsequently charged Arnoldo De Jesus Lara-Figueroa, 31, of the 100 block of Patrick St., S.E., Vienna, with assault.
200 block Church St., N.W. On Oct. 12, around 10:55 a.m., an officer approached a suspicious-looking man in a parked car and subsequently charged Russell M. Jaffe, 57, of the 10400 block of Hunter View, Fairfax, with possession of marijuana.
500 block Maple Ave., W. During a traffic stop on Oct. 7 around 11:19 p.m., Joanna Mary Centola, 27, of the 12300 block of Oak Creek Lane, Fairfax, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
<cal1>Attempted larceny
<cal2>Mobil station, 308 Maple Ave., E. Between Oct. 9, around 11 p.m., and Oct. 10, around 2 p.m., the money box for the car wash at the station was pried open, but no money was inside.
<cal1>Petit larceny
<cal2>100 block Moore Ave., S.W. On Oct. 9, between 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., a political campaign sign was taken from the front yard of a house.
100 block Patrick St., S.E. On Oct. 12 between 3 p.m. and 3:50 p.m., a cellular phone was taken from an unlocked car parked at an apartment building.
<cal1>Vandalism
<cal2>200 block Cedar Lane, S.E. Between Oct. 7, around 9:30 p.m., and Oct. 8, around 6 a.m., sugar was poured into the gas tank of a pickup truck parked at an apartment building.
Southside Park, Ware St. and Walker St., S.W. Between Oct. 8, around 4 p.m., and Oct. 9, around 7:16 p.m., storage shed was entered at the park and an am/fm cassette radio was broken.
Southside Park, Ware St. and Walker St., S.W. Between Oct. 9, around 10 p.m., and Oct. 12, around 1:44 p.m., graffiti was written on playground equipment at the park.
