<cal2>The Fairfax Ballet, resident company of Chantilly's Russell School of Ballet, will present "The Nutcracker," Nov. 26-28 at Fairfax High School Theatre. Performance times are 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 27; and 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28. <cal2>Holiday Performance. The Classical Ballet Theater of Northern Virginia presents "Nutcracker" on Saturday, Nov. 27 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 28 at 2 p.m., at the Northern Virginia Community College stage in Annandale.
Jessica Hursh of Centreville will dance the Mirliton Pas de Trois and Ballerina Doll solo. Westfield High School students will be prominently featured. Lindsay Benson, Westfield senior, will dance the Sugar Plum Fairy at both matinee performances. Lindsay's sister, Westfield freshman Alison Benson will dance Mirliton and Snowflake. Nina Johnson, Westfield Junior, will dance the Dew Drop Pas de Deux and Shanna Gayer, Westfield freshman will dance the Spanish solo.
